  SOLUTIONS V2.0 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

This new software designed for the management of HACCP Prerequisite Programs is the result of several months of work and industry-wide consultation in the related fields of technology and food safety management.

CAPP Solutions V2.0 is a practical food safety programs management system that is both robust and very user-friendly. It is up to date on specifications and on the CFIA FSEP (Food Safety Enhancement Program) requirements.

In an environment where technology is omnipresent, CAPP Solutions is an essential tool which will allow you to record your data from fixed or mobile workstations.

The enterprise edition of CAPP Solutions V2.0 will allow you to …

1. Generate automated reports with Crystal Reports engine.

2. Synchronize your data in real time wirelessly.

3. French and English version integrated into one application.

4. Provide an ordered calendar of monitoring frequencies.

5. Build a history of data based on your monitoring and verification procedures.

6. Record all modifications made to the prerequisites programs in a logbook.

7. Record deviation procedures, corrective actions taken (open and closed files).

8. Review the prerequisite programs.

9. Keep records of employees’ training- including computerized trainee assessment records.

10. Reinforce data security with the protected signature system.

11. Collect all of your data while on a mobile device.

The enterprise version of CAPP Solutions also includes a client application on a workstation with a wireless capability. This application can perform multi-user tasks. Thus it can be installed over different workstations in the plant without the need for messy wire installation work.

The CAPP system also includes a client application on a mobile device that allows the collection of data while the user is traveling out of location. The system is capable of operating with XML Web Services for internet enabled applications and a server application that manages all data.

Server Application

  • A relational database which manages all data of the HACCP Prerequisite Programs.
