The Food Auditors Licensing Course

This four-day course, leads to the WFSO certificate and provides the requirement to register as a Licensed Food Auditor. 

The Lead trainer  is Guy Kurkjian, WFSO President 

Brief Course Description:

The auditing of Food Safety Management system requires a specialist having the skills combined with the demonstrated competence in the relevant industry sector.This auditor training course is designed to equip professional food safety auditors and industry personnel with the high standard of competence needed for the performance of food safety audits.

Course Objectives:

- Understanding the principles of auditing.

- Interpretation of the Food Safety Management Standard.

- Appreciation of the practical issues of a management system

- Application of Food Safety Management using software system.

- Understanding the Food Care Award

- Achieve the competence level to register as a licensed auditor.

- A look at key industry sectors

- Review of standards

- Review of HACCP principles

- Analysis of hazards and their severity

- Analysis of the Food Safety Management Standard - The practical approach.
